All prices on this website are quoted in Australian dollars and GST is not applicable.
Payment:
Our preferred payment method is by funds transfer into our nominated bank account or alternatively by cheque or money order in the name of J & JM Hofer and sent to:

Some credit cards can be accepted but a surcharge applies—please ring or email to confirm exact order price.
Shipping Terms:
All orders will be carefully packaged and sent via Australia Post unless the size or weight of the order require us to use a different method. Pickers are always sent via a courier. Charges are calculated by the weight during checkout, or alternatively confirmed by return email.
We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they have not been registered and insured.
In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order we will contact you by email notifying you of the expected delivery date (usually 2 to 4 weeks). On receiving notification you have 48 hours to confirm or withdraw your order—payment is not due until we email you of the exact date the order will be dispatched. Your order will be sent within 3 working days of confirmation of payment and all payments must be received and the funds cleared before the goods are delivered.
